On the leadership team that drove the BBDO/Proximity network in North America – over 5 years of pitching new business – I saw the network grow from $5 million to over $125 million, and new offices launched in Chicago, Minneapolis and San Francisco.

Along the way our work was recognized with international awards at Cannes, the One Show, the D&AD, New York Festivals, Webby’s, London International Awards and more.

Integrated with TV, print, event, social media, ecommerce, in-store – I've been fortunate to lead global brand initiatives for clients Gillette, Braun, HP, Campbell's, Emirates Airlines, M&Ms, Pepsi FritoLay, The Economist, General Motors, Johnson&Johnson.

I’ve had the privilege of judging work at the New York Festivals, Smarties, IAB Mixx, AME International, John Caples Awards, DMA Echoes, the Digital Marketing Awards.

I enjoy speaking engagements, leading tutorials at BBDO University Paris, and as a frequent guest lecturer at New York University, Dept. of Culture, Media and Communications, and most recently at the Advertising Club of New York.

I live in Toronto with my wife Joanne and our two young boys.
